In the 2006 the average days on market for homes was 132 days.  This number is misleading because it is calculated from the first day on market to sale. A home may have an accepted offer 30-60 days or more before actual closing. The bottom line is if the market is active and the propety is priced and marketed agressively is should sell in a reasonable time.
